Day 2 Challenge:
  1. Practice 1 Minute Exercises 3x today focusing on your Dahnjon (DJ). If you’ve come on the call, you’ve already done this and can post! 
  1. When done, post on Skool: “DONE! By focusing on my Dahnjon during 1 Minute Exercises, I discovered focusing is ______. The 1 Minute exercise I will do 3x today by [pairing with habit/interval timer every hour] focused on my DJ is ______.”
3. Comment on at least 2 other member posts.
