Who’ thinking about mezzanines?!
Let’s let the cat out of the bag from the get go…I sell mezzanines, BUT my role here, in this community, is to offer my experience and to be a resource to those considering mezzanines in their developments (however, I won’t be sad if we can both benefit from our collab). I’ve heard horror stories about working with various types of mezzanine suppliers - didn’t follow building code, poor quality, wrong color, $50k in back charges!! - so I’m here to answer any questions and help this community is the design phase to get things right, the first time. I can’t promise perfection, but we will get pretty close. Thank you!! Pleasure to be here.
