I have a 38k sqft development over 5 buildings near Tampa Florida. Can anyone recommend someone for building plans in the area or state? The civilis are 80% and my engineer says we need to start coordinating with them.

Curious if others notice a 1:1 ratio in paving to building square footage on their parks. I see this on virtually every single park we are working on right now. Is this becoming the standard/minimum/best practice in your opinion?
