Hello to the group!
My name is Tyler Jones. Myself and my partner Scott Berni own Legacy Development Partners based out of Texas. We are Flex Space Developers, Owners and General Contractors. All we build is Flex! We built our first flex development in 2019 and have 8 developments under our belt as of today. We own parks in McKinney Tx, Midland Tx and Greenville Tx. We are currently building 3 parks in the DFW market and 1 in the Knoxville TN market for others. We also have 6 more developments in design, engineering or permitting.
