Introduction
Good morning from Asheville, North Carolina.
I'm a broker with 12 years experience in the Western North Carolina market, much of that time focusing on Small Bay sales and leasing. I am increasingly interested in all aspects of the asset class, and would love to someday shift from brokering to owning or managing. I attended the Small Bay Summit in Atlanta this spring and have enjoyed growing the connections made there.
If I can offer any perspective from the brokerage side, I'm happy to do so.
