Does Anyone use AI to find acquisitions?
Is anyone using AI to find potential acquisitions? Piggybacking on does anyone utilize tools like ChatGPT, Claude, SeamlessAI and others to find owners who may want to sell their buildings. I have been working on merging the data from AI into the buildings that I want to focus on to build contact lists. The issue I'm having is getting them to talk to each other. I can do it one by one but it is very time consuming. Any suggestions?
