I’ve kept the Sunday Shift weekly goal setting super open-ended so you have space to reflect and choose your next best focus, sometimes that’s when clarity lands.
But I also know that when you’re early in your journey, *too much space* can feel like pressure. The mental load of “figuring it out” can be a barrier before the start.
