Sunday Shift is about self-led growth, not pressure.
This community was intentionally designed to help you build the skill of leading yourself within real life, real constraints, and real seasons. That said, sometimes having a shared focus can create clarity and momentum without taking away autonomy.
As always two paths
š¹ OPTION 1: Self-Led (For Those Further Along)
If youāre further in your journey and already trust your next step, this oneās for you.
Your invitation: Create your own Good / Better / Best version of this weekās accountability goal
š¹ OPTION 2: Guided (Shift Systems Challenge ā January)
If youād like to softly get your feet wet and be guided, youāre invited to join us this month in the:
š§ Shift Systems Challenge
This isnāt about habits or disclipline. It's about identifying the structures that make change easier.
Over the month, weāll gently explore:
- Where health related mental load is coming from
- Which system is actually worth your attention
- How to design small shifts that support your energy and capacity
No overwhelm. No ādo everything.ā Just one system at a time.
So for this week:
š§ Reflections
This weekās Sunday Shift is really about noticing where my bandwidth is goingāand getting curious about what deserves a system upgrade.
ā
Good / Better / Best
Good:Spending ~15 minutes journaling and brainstorming my biggest sources of mental load that impact my health. Just making the list.
Better:Choosing one system to improve (instead of trying to fix everything at once).
Best:Having a first draft of that new systemānothing perfect, just something tangible.
You donāt need clarity before joining clarity often comes through the process.
