I Need You're Help Sharing The Love
Hey friends 🤍 I’ve received so many kind messages, thank-yous, and growth wins since this community started, and I never want to assume consent to share them publicly. So I’m asking instead. If this space has helped you in any way, a quick comment below would mean so much to help others find their way here.If you comment, I’ll take that as consent to share publicly (I’ll black out last names for extra anonymity). Huge thank you to @Jakolien Sok for being an early yes 💛 Not sure what to write? Short and sweet is perfect. You could answer one of these: • What’s your favourite part of this community? • What breakthrough have you had from committing to Sunday Shift? • How does this space feel different from others you’ve been in? Thank you for being here. Truly. I'm tagging a few you who have shared gratitude in the past. @Solenne Séguin , @Anya Grace Krasnov @Elfina Luk @Lisa Kilby @Nadia Quraishi @Rebecca Bautista @Ke-Ke Lee @Narissa Daisy @Hannah Snelling @Suzanne Rochon @Catherine Paz @Tania Burgess @Priscilla Bilbrey Thank you! I appreciate you.

My fave part of this community is you! @Mélanie DesChâtelets ! I have been able to make changes to my perspective with the Sunday Shift by not being so hard on myself when not reaching my expected goals. Honestly the good, better, best model has made such a big different in helping me to not feel FAILED in the week! this space feels different for me than others b/c I have a connection with you. That's usually what makes the biggest differences in communities. Thank you for holding space here!

@Mélanie DesChâtelets I think it was ultimately a gift as I feel better in my physical body now than before - more awareness and intention after something traumatic like that! Thank you! 🙏🥰

@Lisa Kilby you’re right that if you could do that you can do anything and you CAN do anything! It’s amazing what you can do when your heart and mind is in the right place. Congratulations! 🥰
🌿 Group Sunday Shift Systems Focus (Week 2)
Happy Sunday Shift Day 💛 Quick reminder of what Sunday Shift actually is: The goal is one Good / Better / Best framework goal for the week. You post once a week minimum to reflect on what you learned or celebrate a win, then you decide whether you want to iterate your Good / Better / Best for the coming week. That’s it. You can post more updates if you want, but one reflective check-in is the anchor. If you want a refresher on how Sunday Shift works, head to: Classroom → Start Here — there’s a short tutorial there. And as always: don’t let perfection get in the way. If today all you have is one word, one intention, or one sentence, that counts. Showing up is the prerequisite. It can grow, ebb, and change over time. ✨ Two Ways to Participate This Week ✅ Option 1: Self-Led Sunday Shift If you already know what you’re working on, stick with it. Create a NEW POST, tag Shift Commitment, and share: What you learned or noticed last week (or a small win) Your Good / Better / Best for this week One intention you’re carrying forward This is about clarity and iteration, not intensity. ✅ Option 2: Group Mini-Challenge — Improving Systems This builds directly on last week’s systems prompt. Last week we cast the net wide and looked at all the systems that quietly impact our health. This week is about narrowing the focus. I’m reposting last week’s Systems Ramble Prompt below 👇 If you participated, I’d love for you to comment reflecting on what came up. Specifically: Which systems felt like they could improve? Which system feels like the biggest return on investment for your health and mental load? Which one system are you choosing to focus on first? Week 2 builds on Week 1. Now that you’ve named the systems, we get specific. 🧠 What “Getting Specific” Looks Like This is where Good / Better / Best comes in. Here is my example (from my personal Sunday Shift): Focus: Next-level meal planning

Free Clarity Call For my British Columbia Folks
Hey, Here’s my updated video + Reserve a Clarity Call page. Would love your eyes on it. If you’re a BC resident and this feels aligned, you can Book A Call. Is there anything on the page that feels unclear or missing? If you had any hesitations or “wait… what about ___?” moments, I’d genuinely love to know so I can tighten it up. If you’ve ever wondered what working together one-on-one would actually look like, this page is for you. PS: I know this community is worldwide 💛Working one-on-one in this capacity (with my naturopathic hat on (aka the hat were I can diagnose, prescribe and order labs, individualized care) is only available to people living in British Columbia, Canada. My educational support is designed to complement your care and help you work more effectively with your own licensed healthcare team, wherever you live 🙂

Need A Little Help For Sunday Shift v 2.0
Hello all 🤍I just wanted to do a little check-in. I had some time cocooning with my family, and I’m getting back into the swing of things this week—which honestly feels amazing. I’ve been giving some thought to The Sunday Shift, and I’d really love your feedback. What do you like? What don’t you like? What feels confusing or unclear? Please comment or DM me :) Do you enjoy the mini-challenges and group mini-challenges? Or do you prefer doubling down on self-led goals? My original intention was actually for this to be self-led because that’s the skill I want this community to be a catalyst for: practicing self-led actions. We all have different constraints. For one person, it might be sleep quality. For someone else, fueling themselves. For someone else, movement. Or stress. Obviously, most of us have a list of things we could work on but the biggest shifts tend to happen when we get really, really focused on one thing. I think sometimes we over-complicate and under-complicate things at the same time. There’s actually a lot of complex decision-making that goes into becoming someone who moves their body consistently. This isn’t like brushing your teeth, where there’s one clear trigger and the habit just happens. Movement (and a lot of health behaviours) is more complex and requires adaptive systems. The weather. Your schedule. The community center timetable. The equipment you have. So there’s a reason some things are trickier than others and figuring them out often requires thinking more deeply about the systems that support you (or don’t). One of my favorite examples: I used to have big Costco bags of chia and hemp seeds sitting in my pantry. I meant to use them… but I never did. It wasn’t until I put them in a mason jar with a spice lid right where I could see and access them that they suddenly started being consumed regularly. That one small systems change made it easy, and now it’s increased fiber and protein across my whole family’s diet. There’s a bit of trial and error in this. And honestly the power is usually in less, not more.

this is a tricky one to answer for these reasons: i love the self led and somehow i've been mostly able to participate in the sunday shift b/c you helped me break it down into a smaller goal...it stayed with me...(minus the holidays...that one kinda slipped all around) i do love group challenges but i feel like it's so hard to follow through i get drained quickly b/c of other obligations and don't want to start something that i don't feel i can commit to... i hope this helps!
