Happy Sunday shift day!
🌟 1) Your Sunday Shift doesn't have to be complicated... it just needs to be a bit more tangible.
🌟 2) For many of you, the answer you gave was already a great first move. In this weeks post many of you chime in the "one the I always forget to do for myself is post here. All you need to do is give a tiny structure to the one thing you know deep down would be a great first step.
The prompts will help you get clarity on how to make it something you forget a little less often. ✨

✅ OPTION 1: Self-Led Vision
Post your own Sunday Shift this week
────────────────────────────
I invite you to post your own Sunday Shift, being specific about what that looks like. Without clarity, it's hard to make a change. The more consistently you define when you'll do it and what happens afterward, the more those connections will form.
Create your own post, spend five minutes thinking it through, and share it. If you'd like, that can be your Sunday Shift.
Simply answer the prompt questions, and the app will generate an easy copy-paste format for your Sunday Shift. I find this tool powerful... in the past I used it more during good seasons, and now I rely on it even in hard seasons.
🔎 A gentle call-out: if you commented this week with the one thing you wished you did for yourself... that IS a great Sunday Shift idea. Drop it as your own post and I'll help you shape it.
Hi friends,
The group challenge is about getting more people to do self-led Sunday Shifts. I'm tagging a few participants to ask, "What are you not doing?" I truly believe you know yourself best.
I'm challenging you to add one thing you're not doing for yourself: checking in with yourself. That was a strong theme we heard this week.
Consider when a check-in would be most helpful for you... after brushing your teeth, with your morning coffee or tea, a five-minute check-in before lunch at work. There are many ways this could look.
**What could checking in involve?**
- Your mood
- How you moved your body
- Which nervous-system state you're in
When we talk about goals, they need to be defined well enough to be marked as completed... or not completed. That can be your Sunday Shift.
Goals look different in each season, and that's okay. Not every season is your biggest growth season, but you're still growing... sometimes the growth is how you manage a hard season, which may be a better version of your heart.
I want to leave you with that today.
🌿 Reflection Questions
Choose one or all:
- What are you not doing for yourself?
- When in your day would a check-in actually land?
- What does "completed" look like for your check-in?
- What season are you in, and what does growth look like in it?
Comment below... and tag someone you want to call in. ✨
