I’m not in pain which rarely happens.

@Suzanne Rochon I am, and just been waiting (mostly) impatiently for an answer to most of my pain. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist in Sept (when originally it was scheduled for June) to see if this pain could be related to psoriatic arthritis. As I know some other pain (in my back) is from degenerative discs (yay genetics… not.)
What's the wellness habit you actually stick with?
A) Sleep / winding down at night B) Moving my body in some form C) Eating something decent most days D) Honestly, surviving counts right now

Honestly, I’d say D, trying to do do everything else
Big day PCOS has a name change today PMOS
For years I've said pcos is a misnomer. You don't have cysts on your ovaries despite the name 🤪 The way pcos/pmos ovaries look like in ultrasound is because of the egg follicules! So what does PMOS stand for: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome 👏👏👏👏👏 so much better. So much more accurate "New name to improve diagnosis and care of condition affecting 170 million women worldwide" This day will forever be a special one. Research progress and advocacy at play! Now to update all my things in all the places .... websites etc. How do you feel about this?

Good news, but not 100% know how to feel about it. But will be sure to talk with my PCP later this year.
Happy Thursday... let's hear your wins 🎉
It's Thursday and I want to hear what's going right. Wins don't have to be big. They don't have to be health-related. They just have to be real. Slept okay, tried something new, finally understood a lab result you've been staring at for months... all of it counts. 👇 Drop your win in the comments, big or small. Let's go.

Working my way to get more knowledge for myself on PCOS and be able to help my daughter if she happens to have it when she’s older.

@Anya Grace Krasnov I completely understand. I’m still learning more everyday and also have found out in recent years other females in my family who has/had PCOS.
