💡 WIN / LESSONS LEARNED
Last week, I've got a bit thrown out my routine by being emotionally drained by a family situation, and by a day off that was not meant to be off (#life). I wonder if my system is fragile or if it's just a bad week. Knowing I'm getting a new yoga mat delivered this week ((😇)) made me also a bit less motivated to use my old mat, which gives me skin problems on my hands. So I think accessories can also be a factor of (de)motivation.
This week, I have a lot of school work to do, so I'm excited to see if my system will support me and, if so, how it will feel - physically, mentally, emotionally - to have an active end of semester (I tend to completely stop in those circumstances).
Also - Thank you for the gift card, that allowed me to get a new yoga mat!! I bought it from the brand Scoria. It’s a canadian brand that makes eco-friendly cork yoga mats that are natural and non-toxic. They also support indigenous youth programs with part of their profits. Really cool! Can't wait to try it.
