Keeping it simple!
Trying something new, instead of focusing on yoga as I used to, I want to focus now on walking.
Good: 10,000 steps a day (in average)
Best: 12,000 steps a day
Best: 15,000 steps a day
Trying to create systems that don't trigger a sense of perfection (and failure) to avoid creating rigidity and resistance. Walking for me is a pleasure so I hope it will work better (while also keeping the yoga a few times a week, without pressure). Also installed a cute app that simulates the Frodo's path from the Shire to Mount Doom, it makes me smile (big Lord of the ring fan here).
