I'm going to let go of the idea that I'll just do it all because it's "easier" I like the idea of a task card and having the steps of how to "get it done" I definitely fall into the overwhelm and then little to nothing gets done.

Pitch a video question ✨
Have a question about PCOS, metabolic health, cholesterol, or body love that you’d love answered in a video? Drop it here 👇 What works best: - Topics you’re confused about - PCOS/metabolic health/blood sugar/diet/cholesterol things you’ve seen online - Questions you’d love explained in simple terms - Things you wish doctors would explain more clearly What’s off-limits (to keep this safe & clear): - No personal or individualized medical questions - No requests for lab interpretations or supplement prescriptions - No posting your labs, meds, supplements Here’s how it works: 1. Add your question to this thread. 2. Upvote the ones you’d also love to hear about. 3. From time to time, I’ll choose questions that seem most helpful for the community and create a YouTube or IG video to unpack them. 💛 Think of it as a bonus gift, not a guarantee. If your question gets chosen, I’ll tag you when the video is live.
