A soft happy new years!
Y'a know i'm a fan of goals, reflections and growth aka our weekly Sunday Shifts (see classroom-> start here)
I've been reflective and also the most tech disconnected. Soaking in the kids time off. If your are making goals and visions remember they cast the direction but it's the reiterative systems thinking that turn those visions into consistency. If your working on a plan this week make sure it's coming from alignment not pressure. Mine will wait until next week.
