It’s not what is the best exercise for PCOS, insulin resistance, fill in the blank.
It’s what movement brings me joy and what I’ll want to do over and over and over again.
I hadn’t skated regularly since graduating university. This September, with a nudge from a friend, I signed up for a weekly session all season and I’m so grateful I’m back. It fills so many buckets in so many ways.
AND I’m just getting over my fear of falling and started doing some of my double jumps again 🙃

Anything you wanted to do as a kid but never did? I’m so proud of an adult figure skating learner I met. She said her parents wouldn’t let her do it as a kid, and now that she’s an adult… she’s doing it herself 🥹
