Hi !, so I wanted to know I usually do knee pushups (with calisthenics form) 3x8 each time easily but when I try to do normal pushups I always fail to do even one , so what do I do ? Because knee pushups become too easy would appreciate any advice I can get bc I’m new to this

I can do an l sit for 6 seconds and i tried to train it more often so i can hold it for more time. But i couldnt. How could i increase the duration?
