Another day in OKc at the courthouse. This one was a success. The judge awarded my wife the ability to help a struggling family member who is presently at my home getting the necessary medical and psychiatric help needed. My wife has worked nightly for three months for this day. I would like to think the fact that she and I showed up respectfully dressed helped her case a little bit. (After 3 hours of watching one after another case getting postponed for guardianship we were the only successful one all day with this very demanding judge). But I am sure the good work by the attorney and preparation by my former para legal wife had a lot to do with it as well. So after years and years of hating to wear a watch, I treated myself to a nice analogue watch! When I say treated, it was only £20 here in UK or about $27 US (I am on a very low income so I have to shop savvy!) But I think it looks really smart! As I tend to wear suits a lot more for many occasions, I wanted something to add that little bit extra. So pleased with it! I know it wont last like a more expensive watch, but at this price I can afford to buy another when this one fails! What do you think?
