We had to let go of one of our employees today. It's never a wonderful day, but it was necessary to progress. I was heartened to hear from my other employees how they very much supported my decision and approach given the opportunities we provided to the employee for rehabilitation. It changes my immediate composition, going from 2 of us to just me. That doesn't change my approach to how I will dress in the office. Video calls with clients, vendors, and now interviews are a regularly scheduled facet of the job and we get last minute requests for VC on a regular basis. Hey all, I will still be around popping in and out as I can over the next 3 weeks depending on internet and WiFi access. My family and I are off to Japan for 3 weeks as of tomorrow 1055am Sydney time, and back on Saturday 10th October. I do plan on taking many outfits, eat all the foods I can and take many cultural photos. I have also packed my Black Tie 3-piece suit to get some fun photos on the cruise portion of our trip.
