Last Year’s Wins 🎉 This Year’s Focus 🎯
Gents, before we move too far into 2026, I want you to pause and look back intentionally. 1️⃣ Last Year Wins What’s 1–3 wins from last year you’re proud of? Doesn’t have to be massive. Progress counts — consistency, discipline, better decisions. Style upgrade you stuck with? A fragrance you finally made your signature? A watch milestone, collection refinement, or learning moment? A habit you strengthened, a distraction you cut, or a standard you raised 2️⃣ This Year’s Focus What’s 1–2 goals you’re deliberately committing to this year - not wishing for, but committing to? Could be... Sharpening your personal style as a form of self-respect Building a tighter, more intentional fragrance rotation Becoming more educated, patient, and disciplined with watches Showing up with more consistency - physically, mentally, and professionally Raising your standards in how you present yourself to the world Drop your wins and your focus below. Let’s build on what worked. And cut what didn’t!

Just because I am done with them does not mean they are done!
I went into my closet yesterday morning and noticed all my 9 to 5 work clothes have been pushed to the back! I retired from working for someone else full-time for 45 years, a year ago last December. I now spend all my time caring for my disabled wife, being an artist, writer, and modern agriculturist. My first pass through my closet last year resulted in ten suits being pulled out. My wife remembered that Ole Miss, we are both Ole Miss alumni, has a clothing bank. Students can come by and pick up good clothes for free. Shipping was a bit expensive, so the next boxes of cloths were delivered when I made my annual pilgrimage to campus in the summer. It was funny, the lady that oversees the project said, the suits were hung and were untouched for about five days, then someone came in and picked out one. The next day all the other ones were gone.
Just because I am done with them does not mean they are done!
Loyalty Must be Lived
Not everyone is your friend. Real friends are rare. Not the ones who drink with you on Friday. Not the ones who only call when you're winning. I'm talking about the ones who show up at 3 AM with a shovel and no questions asked. The ones that tell you to your face when you're fucking up. The ones that answer the phone on the first ring when your life is falling apart. The ones that don't let detractors throw dirt on your name when you're not in the room. They clap for you louder than anyone when you're winning... ...and help you get back to winning when you're losing. Most importantly: They help you run over the roadblocks who stand in your way. Most people aren't built for that. They want the title of "friend" without the cost of loyalty. So if you have even one... You're wealthy. Here is the part everyone misses: You don't get friends like that without being that kind of friend first. Loyalty isn't something you find. It's something you live. ~ Andy Frisella
