I received a new compliment this morning while shopping at Meijer this morning. An older lady said “You look like you just walked off a book cover.” I looked confused and said thank you. And she replied “oh, it’s acompliment, I like how you look.” I am not sure what sort of book cover I supposedly I walked off of. I am wearing a grey porkpie, a light tan shirt, tweed waistcoat, green paisley ascott, faded green dungarees and walnut Chelsea boots.

Hi Everyone. Since I had my knee replacement surgery 10 days ago, I’ve basically been pretty immobile and unable to leave the house. Today was the first day I was independently able to shower which I am very grateful for. As a result I’ve basically been living in lounging pajamas and tee shirts while navigating everywhere with my walker and starting today, a cane. Having my post op meeting with my doctor this Monday after my regular PT, I’m hoping to get a real grade of progress and if my knee is bendable enough, the green light to drive and do light activities again. Can’t wait to slip on a pair of slacks, casual shirt, watch, bracelet and fragrance and meet the world again. I know full well recovery is months away but every little step is truly appreciated. Most of my hats and caps are black. I wear mostly brown leathers (Boots/Shoes, Belts, Jackets, and Watchstraps) and a lot of times I wear blue denim (jackets and jeans) or Navy suits and blazers. Is this okay? Should I get brown or blue hats? Should the hat match the shoes, shirt, pants, not match at all, or something else? Or maybe I just just wear my red MAGA hat all the time?

Hey all, I will still be around popping in and out as I can over the next 3 weeks depending on internet and WiFi access. My family and I are off to Japan for 3 weeks as of tomorrow 1055am Sydney time, and back on Saturday 10th October. I do plan on taking many outfits, eat all the foods I can and take many cultural photos. I have also packed my Black Tie 3-piece suit to get some fun photos on the cruise portion of our trip. So stay classy everyone and see you again on the regular soon.

I lost a screw in my other new pair of glasses so I had to run out and get them fixed. I threw on the green brocade waist coat, the vintage batwing tie and the Gorin Bros. Narrow Brim to leave the house and go to the shop. And of course I had to wear the sunglasses as the other pair needed repair.
