This Stops Being About Clothes
There's a shift that happens for some men. They stop asking "does this look okay?" and start knowing. Not because they memorized rules — but because they've built a standard for themselves. A quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. You see it in how they walk into a room. In how people respond to them before they say a word. In how much mental energy they have left for things that actually matter. That's not style. That's identity. And identity isn't bought — it's built, through consistent habits and deliberate choices made over time. That's what RMRS Premium is designed for. Not trends. Not outfit grids. A structured path to becoming the man who looks sharp because of who he is — not what he's wearing. If that shift sounds like something you want, the door's open: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/plans

Does anyone else struggle with upgrading their fashion style?
I am 27, almost 28 and I haven’t changed my fashion too much from middle/high school. T-shirts and shorts are my everyday outfit. (Hey, at least I “upgraded” from oversized basketball shorts to knee-length cotton shorts) I have elevated pieces - i.e. wool trousers, penny loafers, overshirts, selvedge denim jeans I just feel like it’s ”weird” for me to dress better. I know this feeling goes away and is normal for a lot of people, but it’s so overwhelmingly strong for me that if I have a “nicer” outfit than usual on, I just go back inside the house to change back into what feels normal. I also have no idea how to style pieces together, and I’m sort of a perfectionist in the worst way possible. If I don’t think an outfit perfectly meshes together, I just give up and resort to my usual, which is undoubtedly even worse. So it doesn’t even make sense most of the time. I have a hard time sticking to one fashion style too. I don’t know if this is a bad thing, but I really do like multiple different styles. Heritage/workwear, minimalism, ivy/preppy, and classic sartorial really resonate with me, and I feel like I have a good-enough body type to pull most things off, I just don’t know how to. OF COURSE I’m not going to combine multiple/all styles into one outfit, I was thinking more of a day-by-day rotation between styles and also depending on the weather. Basically all I’m saying is that I seriously let perfect be the enemy of good. I wonder how other people got out of this.

Update: Allen Edmonds "Wendell" Bicycle Toe Derby
Current completed stages As you can see from the pictures, I was able to remove the deep creases Stripping (The Reset): Applied Saphir Reno'Mat using microfiber rags. Stripped until the leather was "matted" and porous. *Letting them sit for 12 hours... I will come back to them tomorrow and evaluate if they need more stripping. Next steps Re-Hydration: Applying a light coat of Saphir conditioner, than allowing 24 hours for lipid penetration to prevent "dye-shock" (cracking).

Thanks Brothers!
Thank you all for the kind birthday wishes—truly appreciated. I should’ve mentioned I share the day with my little buckaroo, Frankie, who just turned 10… so I’m in good company and slightly outnumbered. My cowgirl and I spent the evening doing a respectable (and occasionally questionable) Texas two-step at our local dance hall. Somewhere between the turns and the music, I managed to break in a new pair of saddle tan caiman belly boots—a generous gift from her, and I’d say she knows exactly what she’s doing. Figured the occasion called for something with a bit of presence, so Curly’s “Infinity” got the nod… seemed only right for a night out. Grateful for another year. Cheers, brothers.
Thanks Brothers!
