This Stops Being About Clothes
There's a shift that happens for some men. They stop asking "does this look okay?" and start knowing. Not because they memorized rules — but because they've built a standard for themselves. A quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. You see it in how they walk into a room. In how people respond to them before they say a word. In how much mental energy they have left for things that actually matter. That's not style. That's identity. And identity isn't bought — it's built, through consistent habits and deliberate choices made over time. That's what RMRS Premium is designed for. Not trends. Not outfit grids. A structured path to becoming the man who looks sharp because of who he is — not what he's wearing. If that shift sounds like something you want, the door's open: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/plans

Pushup challenge
Hey guys, Just wanted to share a massive personal challenge I’m kicking off this Wednesday (June 3rd) that’s going to completely kick my ass over the next three weeks. Not sure if this is appropriate for this forum - happy to share a lot more than just this! In Australia, we have this massive annual event called The Push-Up Challenge. You have to complete a grueling number of push-ups over 24 days, and the target changes every year because it directly reflects a mental health statistic. This year, the target is exactly 3,307 push-ups. That specific number represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent recorded year. It’s all geared toward raising awareness and backing crisis support networks like Lifeline. Unfortunately for us men, suicide is one of the leading causes of death and for young men (like me) it is THE LEADING CAUSE. To hold myself entirely accountable, I’m treating this like a full project delivery. I'll be filming the grind and doing daily updates across my Instagram and YouTube channel—including some ridiculous milestones like dropping to do sets in the absolute middle of the Melbourne CBD commuters. The daily targets scale up heavily as the weeks go on, and considering I've never attempted this volume of reps in my life, my shoulders are going to be cooked. Wish me luck for Day 1 on Wednesday. I'll keep you guys posted on how the body holds up after the first wave!
