Weekly RMRS Member Shoutouts 👔
Gentlemen, here are a few standout posts from the RMRS community this week. Big shoutout to @John Witvoet for his wedding rehearsal outfit post. Great example of dressing intentionally for a meaningful occasion — and the community clearly appreciated it with strong engagement. Post: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/wedding-rehearsal Shoutout to @Chad Smith for another strong OOTD breakdown. The blue suit, clean white shirt, and tie focus made this a helpful example of how small details can make an outfit pop. Post: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/ootd-tuesday-12-may And shoutout to @Jeffrey Plotka for the new trouser day post. Tailoring, fit adjustments, and continued progress are exactly the kind of real-world style improvements we love seeing here. Post: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/new-trouser-day Keep posting your outfits, wins, questions, and progress. These are the kinds of posts that help other men take action!

This Stops Being About Clothes
There's a shift that happens for some men. They stop asking "does this look okay?" and start knowing. Not because they memorized rules — but because they've built a standard for themselves. A quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. You see it in how they walk into a room. In how people respond to them before they say a word. In how much mental energy they have left for things that actually matter. That's not style. That's identity. And identity isn't bought — it's built, through consistent habits and deliberate choices made over time. That's what RMRS Premium is designed for. Not trends. Not outfit grids. A structured path to becoming the man who looks sharp because of who he is — not what he's wearing. If that shift sounds like something you want, the door's open: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/plans

Never Lose This Mentality
As I continue to get my mindset back, I saw this post and felt this is where I was. I’d become comfortable, wanting to but not willing to do the extras. It’s truly amazing how the mind works in that it can see/hear/taste something that resonates with a memory that it taps into and suddenly you go from 0 to 60 in a millisecond. A bad sales month, a rainy day or two, an old injury coming back, or waking up one day and your clothes are tighter. All signs you lost the mentality…….. One of the main reasons people fail… …is because they start taking it easy the second they taste a little success. They get a few dollars in the bank account… A few wins… A little momentum… …and suddenly they stop doing the things that got them there. They don’t “need” to send the extra email. They don’t “need” to make the extra call. They don’t “need” to stay late. They don’t “need” to go all in anymore… …because now they’re comfortable. And comfort is what kills most people’s success. Think back to when you had nothing. When your back was against the wall. When you were hungry. When you were obsessed. When you were willing to do whatever it took just to survive. That mentality is the reason you made progress in the first place. So why would you abandon it the second things start working? I call it the “Zero Options Mentality.” When you truly believe there is no other option… You execute differently. You move differently. You fight harder. You pay attention to details. You don’t look for shortcuts. You don’t compromise. You don’t avoid the small tasks that seem insignificant in the moment… …but eventually cost people everything. This is why some people keep growing after they win… …and others win once and slowly lose it all. Never get comfortable. Operate like you still have everything to prove. Because the second comfort takes over… You start losing. ~ Andy Frisella

Want to change, start with your conversations
"Luck flows through people and travels by conversation. The people you talk to determine the opportunities you find. Keep talking to the same people, keep finding the same opportunities. Start talking to new people, start finding new opportunities. If you want different luck, start walking into different rooms." ~ James Clear
