So the final working week of 2025, that means you will get to see a selection of my many festive socks this week. I have more than 5 pairs so it will just be what I choose (or my youngest) for the day. I am working until Thursday, Friday will be my first day of the Christmas Break. So, we all like classic menswear, of different eras, regions and styles. But what’s the one piece that seems to be praised by everyone/many, but that you really hate and would never wear? For me, the undisputed no 1 has to be the tassel loafer. This abomination of footwear has been the nemesis of my personal taste for thirty years. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a pair. I do have a pair of plain suede slip-ins but even those are pushing it 😊 What’s your worst item? Keep answers true but with a sense of humour and respect 😉
