G'Day Gents, So, today I got a phone call from my local council informing me that my house was one of 5 houses (1 house for each council ward) chosen as the winners of the 2025 Lord Mayoral Christmas Lights Competition. The Lord Mayor of my council will be visiting our house personally to congraulate us on our victory sometime next week. Considering that our house was full of ash and buliding materials last Christmas, makes this particular win much more sweeter and profound. Here's some photos of my Christmas Lights Display as well as the written description that I wrote describing of said display. "A simple yet elegant ensemble of light which harkens to a more traditional Christmas lights display that consists of blue and white lights with a large flashing star at its centre symbolising the timeless role that the sky and stars play during the yuletide season whether it be in song or story. A small colourful spirial rounds out the display to bring a subtle yet delightful splash of colour that seamlessly blends into the sea of blue and white light that blankets the house with Christmas spirit and new beginnings."

The end of the work year is closing in, today I am trying the new OTAA shirt and the last of my new OTAA ties. The shirt is nice and soft with a very pliable collar, the tie just like the last two from OTAA is so easy to tie and the dimple is easy to fold in. The only thing I would change about the shirt is to be able to remove the collar stays, but that is probably more due to the fact I have been spoilt with my Charles Tyrwhitt shirts. Todays outfit consists of; M.J. Bale Bonato suit in Washed Cherry OTAA Washington White and Blue Twill Non-Iron Shirt OTAA White Navy and Light Blue Striped Tie
