As many of y'all know, I battled a shoulder rotator cuff tear the better part of the last year which I successfully managed to recover from after surgery and PT. This evening, I received news in the form of the radiologist review that I have a lateral meniscus tear in the front, back, and sides as well as a torn ACL and a meniscus tear. I messaged my Physical Therapist who I’ve become friends with over the rehab of my shoulder and her response was “Curious if they’ll wanna do a repair to opt for a knee replacement?” Gentlemen, I’m at a loss right now. I know that surgery is likely, but I have to admit that for one of the few times in my life, I’m scared. I’m not looking for sympathy or playing the “woe is me” card, I needed to get this out because I’ve kinda just shut down emotionally this evening to everyone, plus I’m currently on vacation and the life has been sucked out of me. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest.

In addition to a fairly full work day, the day brings about a much grander affair: my eldest will walk in his graduation ceremony, having completed high school. I've told both of my boys that their college ends only after at least one PhD, so he's got several more years ahead of him. Regardless, he has gone from a young 14-year old freshman, attempting to make the cross-country team the summer before classes began to an honorable young man, hungry to move into a new phase of education and sports competition (X country and track, where he runs the long distance races). He has learned how to fall in love, maintain a romantic relationship over time (they are coming up on 3 years), how to persevere in a very advanced academic program (he was the first year of students admitted to new program where he took half of his classes as AP classes at his high school and the other half at a local community college), how to manage himself in a job and earn respect of his colleagues and bosses, how to manage his finances, and even how to stutter or fail and still get up, dust himself off, and continue onward. I am incredibly proud of the young man he has become. Not because of how it reflects on me or was my doing, but because he made many more wise choices than bad ones. He asks for input on a tough issue, but ultimately makes his own decision. Having a bad day, Tried to button my shirt, the button fell off. Picked up my briefcase, the handle fell off. Went to pen the door, the doo knob fell off. Now I’m afraid to pee!

can someone please help me? this is my grandfather's hes dead i cant open this not only cant i open this and dont know the password, BUT I DONT EVEN KNOW WETHER THE BUTTON MUST BE PULLED, PUSHED, PRESSED, IDK😭 can anybody helpp i need fast if possible :3
