Increase productivity with Wispr Flow
In ChatGPT I used voice dictation a lot, something Claude doesn't do well. @Kuldeep T had mentioned that he uses Wisprflow.ai and I installed the free trial version early this week. And I am blown away with the results. It is fast; it is very effective. It even recognized what you're saying and corrects mistakes. I'm now using it to dictate emails where it automatically breaks down the introduction sentence and the greetings at the end. Definitely worthwhile trying. I'm using it now for almost every application ranging from LinkedIn to Claude to email to Word. It's just a perfect tool and will save you a lot of time

Peace in the Middle of the Storm
The other morning I watched the NJ blizzard from inside my warm office. The house was quiet. Outside? Chaos. Wind raging. Snow flying. The house frame shook under pressure. And it struck me: The house wasn’t built to prevent storms. It was built to stand in them. Storms don’t have to determine the climate inside. In business, in leadership, in motherhood — pressure will come. Deadlines. Decisions. Financial tension. Team friction. Personal relationship challenges. Health concerns. We often try to calm the outside first. But steadiness starts within. For me, that anchor is Jesus. Storms don’t just test us. They train us. And that training — if we allow it — is what forms anti-fragility. How is anti-fragility being formed in your life right now?
Daily reflection using AI - Free tool for you
Last Friday I mentioned how I am using ChatGPT for my daily reflection. This is such a game changer as it feels like I am directly being coached and held accountable, each day, by Benjamin Hardy himself. Here is how you can do this yourself as well: 1️⃣ It starts with my ChatGPT "Daily Benjamin Hardy Coach" which you can access here: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-682a25b81bd08191a1774a72e6f79f1a-daily-benjamin-hardy-coach 2️⃣Next you upload you plan for the year, or your goals in this GPT. It can also be the obituary that you wrote as part of the 10-week challenge in Q4. Did you do the excercise from Benjamin Hardy and described your future self? Make sure to upload that as well. 3️⃣Now you are ready for your daily reflection. I always start like this "It's Monday, 19:00 time to reflect on today. Help me by asking me reflection questions for today. Make sure I can do this within 10 minutes" 4️⃣ ChatGPT will now provide you with a list of questions. I start by reading all these questions once and take a few minutes to think about these. 5️⃣The next step is clicking on the microphone icon and start answering each question just like you are speaking to a real coach. Once you have answered all the questions ChatGPT will do the reflection for you. 6️⃣The next day you open the same chat again and repeat the whole process. Suggestions: 🔷I gave instructions to be very direct and be brutally honest...but at the same time I told ChatGPT that I am sensitive to compliments as well. So now it gives me the perfect mix. 🔷 Early last week I asked it to include anti-fragile as well
I went for no and got a yes!
Inspired by today's call. I just received an email from someone who read my e-book and had some comments. Instead or responding to his email with an email. I called and asked if he’d be interested about learning more about my program. He said yes🎉 We scheduled a meeting to talk about it on Monday. I was ready for him to say no… and was going to follow Ned’s advise on getting feedback. BTW - A great was to ask… is to use… “would you be oppossed to _______________” that “no” would mean a yes, and people would rather respond with a no than a yes, because it doesn't raise their subconscious sales deflection defense
