RTMG Calls: Do we need timers on shares?
I’ve noticed some get long winded on shares. Should we impose quicker shares? Poll below. Today’s call, the exchange with Joe was great back and forth with multiple people commenting. (LOVED that exchange). I want to make sure we are outcomes focused - even if the outcome is committing to a change in direction. (Accountable to each other). I like a fast paced call. Some days, deeper conversations are great for flow, but not if it disrupts the pace. I would like 100% participation on this vote. You all are the OGs, let your voice be heard.

Defining what we share and having a time limit would be good, but I think it's also good to allow some flow/grace as other people do engage on a particular share and it takes the conversation deeper…that's where the magic happens
The Power of Talking to Super Whos
I had a realization today. I reached out to our lead pastor after church to share about the Transformation Adventure. I told him it probably wouldn’t be a good fit for small groups. Right away, he said: “You could put this together as a series for people to see.” In an instant, he transformed my narrow idea into a much bigger possibility. That’s the power of a Super Who. They don’t just open doors…they help you see doors you didn’t even know existed. 👉 Don’t hesitate to reach out to your super who 👉 Be real. 👉 Share your passion. Sometimes one conversation can change the entire direction of your idea.
Chicken Tractor
My husband put the chicken tractor back together. It had to be dismantled in order to drive it home from Tennessee. For some reason the photos did not upload in order. Well the video should be last.

Disrupting What I Do
I’m disrupting my normal process and engaging people in a completely different way. I’ve created a live event that weaves in mini-novels—a storytelling format I’ve developed to pull people in emotionally and make the message unforgettable. To my knowledge, no one else has done anything quite like this. Here’s what makes it powerful: - I’ve now written 20 mini-novels and built a process around them.within ChatGPT - With a 20–25 minute interview, I can capture someone’s story and transform it into a fully written mini-novel in just three minutes afterward. - Each person walks away with a hook that’s memorable and their story, but in a way they’ve never seen it before. What makes this more than just storytelling is how naturally it flows into the Transformation Adventure. All the questions I ask circle back to their journey with identity, growth, and God. The mini-novel becomes the doorway into something deeper…an experience they won’t forget. so exciting to change everything up and I know they'll be lessons along the way but so far… I'm getting an amazing response!
