Still doing Pilates 3 x per week, I am on doing 15min stretching sessions and mobility into the mix. I have not been progressing through the sessions and am still on session 2. The reason, there's no point in progressing sessions unless I feel I'm doing the exercises correctly! I would rather do my best at doing them with correct form before moving on. I am not in a race it's more a life style change to making myself feel healthier and more mobile.
Progress !
Just finished week 2 of the beginner videos. These along with my physiotheropist exercises (ironically enough are core focused too) have definitely helped my lower back pain.
Morning Mobility
This was a great way to start my daily. I noticed how the first exercise helped my back muscles to be more flexible. Twisting from side to side also helped my lower back.

Reverse Effects of Sitting Daily Maintenance really helped me today!
I’m changing
I went to scratch my back today and I noticed it felt different. My middle back muscles have increased in size and I’ve been doing just about 15 minutes a day Pilates every day for the past four months. It was quite a surprise it didn’t feel like my back.
