Still doing Pilates 3 x per week, I am on doing 15min stretching sessions and mobility into the mix.
I have not been progressing through the sessions and am still on session 2.
The reason, there's no point in progressing sessions unless I feel I'm doing the exercises correctly!
I would rather do my best at doing them with correct form before moving on.
I am not in a race it's more a life style change to making myself feel healthier and more mobile.
