What Goals Have You Got For 2026 ๐Ÿš€
Not a fan of new years resolutions. But... Regardless of the fact it is a new year, I'm sure everyone has things they intend to achieve in the next 11.5 months. I do - I intend to finally finish my client portfolio and get my level 4 exercise for back pain specialist qualification - this has to be done by March anyway ๐Ÿ˜… My Reformer level 3 should be done by February, garden studio built in March, offering 121 and 221 Reformer sessions by April. Refocus growth of my YouTube channel with the studio. Create a system to enable me to offer more support and resources to all members, to help every one get the results they are after. A dream - get a proper studio and one location for face to face sessions ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Another dream - do an Ironman ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ I want to get my body fat down to around 14% and get in consistent cardio every week. There's more, but that's the key focus for now. What are you planning this year? Helps to get it written down as then you have to take action! Could be business/career related. Travel. Health/fitness. Anything really that you are happy to share then do so below ๐Ÿ‘‡

I try to hold off a bit in the morning before I eat. I am not really intermittent fasting trying to be sparing on the bread, rice, or pasta. If I have it, I try to eat really good quality wheat. Seems to be helping but the real test will be my a1c in March.

This was just what I needed! Thank you! The toe taps were harder than I thought. The leg raises are always a challenge for me. When we do our squats in the beginning after hinging do we need to keep our heels down as we lower into the squat?

Just learning all about Pilates for back pain.
A little about myself. Had a minor stroke January 25, was very fortunate as it only affected my speech muscles a little. Anyway I stopped smoking and started to exercise by walking/jogging daily after being sedentary for a few years working in front of a computer. Well I over done it and my lower back went. Similar to what Russ said about if I coughed I would have to brace myself. Anyway that was 6 months ago. Been to 3 or 4 physio's which just seem to aggravate my back pain. Doctor gave me 100 codeine for back pain, of which I took none. I know I sit way too much and now have bilateral groin pain. Which I 100% sure is due too back pain and sitting too much. So I have wound up here :). Sorry for the long post, but now you know a little more about why I am here.

You will notice the health benefits. Never too late to start. I think gradual progress is your best way forward.
