A 7-minute embodiment practice to anchor aligned choice.
- Stand or sit upright.Feel your spine stack naturally — grounded and open.
- Bring to mind a decision you’ve been circling.One that feels ready, but not fully claimed yet.
- Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe until your body settles.
- Ask internally: “What does my higher self already know about this?”
- Now imagine yourself having already made the decision. Not the outcome — just the choice.
- Notice your body’s response. Expansion, relief, calm, steadiness = alignment.Tightness, collapse, urgency, agitation = information, not failure.
- Say internally: “I trust my timing. I trust my body. I trust my becoming.”
You don’t need certainty to move forward.You need self-trust. And self-trust is something your body learns through experience —not something your mind argues itself into.
