I’ve been putting together a new module on energy strands and how they attach, influence, and sit in our field. I’ve also been working with this daily myself, clearing out a lot of noise and weight from my field… and honestly, it’s been life changing. There’s something really powerful about becoming aware of what you’re holding that isn’t even yours, and having the tools to gently clear it. Far out twoweeks away from our next call. Feels like so far away! I have been having a huge bunch of calls with my community and working alot on the strands that we have in areas of this life and others. It really adds another layer of depth to the sessions. So I am encouraging is all to do our own strand meditations to help boost our own medicine in this area. I know I mentioned I was going to add a module about this. Are we still interested in wonder?
