Today’s calls were juicy.So much moved, surfaced, and clarified together. We spoke into something many of us have been quietly feeling — an unease in the spiritual community. A sense of uncertainty, exhaustion, fatigue, and lack of stability. Not because anything is “wrong,” but because so much is shifting and awakening all at once. We talked about the importance of grounding right now. Deepening our connection to the body, the earth, and our inner truth — so we’re not floating above what’s being asked of us, but meeting it with presence. In the afternoon call, we moved into practical embodiment — how to physically care for your body so that rest and sleep can truly support the healing and increased capacity being asked of us as women. Many of us are holding more space than ever before — in our homes, our work, our communities, and socially. This requires nourishment, not depletion. In The Alignment, we dove deeper into the Sacral Chakra — listening for what’s asking for more trust. Trust in intuitive gifts. Trust in the wisdom of our ancestors. Trust in what is moving through us, even when it doesn’t yet have words. A big theme across both calls was Energy Strands — how to see them, feel them, nurture them, and lovingly untangle them. We explored the difference between strands that no longer serve and those that are meant to be honoured and strengthened. This isn’t about cutting or rejecting — it’s about allowing transformation to happen with care and consciousness. Holy smokes Tracy. The cord cutting/releasing theme was something I didn’t know I really needed. I’ve always thought about it differently than i experienced it on the call. Initially I was was thinking about an old boyfriend who has yet to leave energetically and I can’t seem to clear his energy HOWEVER during the SE session immediately I felt cords to parts of me I was calling back in my root and sacral. Then you called me to focus on my heart chakra at which point I started to release some energy not only in my heart but my heart and throat were connected both releasing. Fast forward to waking this morning - I’m in Michigan. I had a dream about being back at a job I left almost 20 years and a whole other career ago. In the dream the undertone was about my frustration and how I didn’t use my voice and became someone I wasn’t. So apparently my cord releasing was about calling parts of myself back but really about releasing that situation I put myself in and tolerated it. This work is so fascinating!! Thank you sweet sister and all that are here too. ❤️

Wow where to start.... I feel like i haven't been in here for a while but i think about the hub and the people in it. xxxx Feeling yes, I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in how I was unravelling from the last phone call... As usual though I would just love to acknowledge you my dear friend @Tracy Bee your work is next level!!!! You inspire me so much, the love and gratitude i have you and what you are doing for everyone is beautiful. Words can't express. Thank you. WOW! The unravelling this time hit slowly but surely i felt every bit of it. During the call you asked had someone passed recently, and i had no idea that a friend had passed at the time.. I feel her close. Also, the very next day i ran into another friend she was so excited she had been given a car!!! omg i go really!!! So, she got the free car you were talking about also. I also took in the bits you said about staying grounded and connected to self and keeping self-regulated. I have implemented a new routine in the mornings it's helping to get through the big days. Also, I still see the golden lady I saw during the call it's amazing, beautiful.

My NS is currently spiraling. I don’t want to run, numb or rage. I’m flooded with sensations. Prior to Xmas I had started the formalities to register my business; Insurance, declarations, ABN, TM name etc. I paused on a hiccup, returning to it today. I have just found someone has logged a TM on the 23 Dec, 2025. They have applied using my business name. I’m shattered 😖 I had done all the checks previously
