One of the biggest misconceptions about intuition is that we need to sit in meditation for an hour, completely silent, waiting for some enormous spiritual download. You don’t. Some of the clearest messages arrive in the stolen moments. In the shower. Driving the car. Making your tea. Walking outside. Standing barefoot on the grass. That tiny moment before everyone else wakes up. Start using those moments to practise listening. Instead of filling every gap with your phone, music or noise, ask: What do I need to know today? And then… don’t go hunting for the answer. Just notice. A song might suddenly say exactly what you needed to hear. You might see the same number, animal, word or symbol repeatedly. I always see 11.11! Someone might randomly say something you were just thinking about. This happens all the time to me!! A person may suddenly pop into your mind. All the time for me! You might feel an inexplicable YES in your body… or a very clear NO. Sometimes there’s simply a thought that arrives differently from your normal thinking. Quiet. Clear. Almost dropped in. Whether you call these messages intuition, synchronicity, your guides, your higher self or the Universe, the practice is the same: Become available enough to notice. And here’s your little Harmony Hub experiment for this week… Every day, find ONE stolen moment. Ask a question. Get quiet. Then watch what unfolds over the next 24 hours. Write down anything that feels significant, even if your logical brain tells you it’s silly. The more you acknowledge your intuition, the more familiar its language becomes. There’s a conversation I find myself having in so many of my sessions. Women like you will say to me: “I don’t think I have spiritual gifts.” “I’m not intuitive like other people.” “I don’t receive messages.” “I just can’t feel anything.” And yet, so often, I don’t believe there is an absence of spiritual connection at all. There is difficulty accessing it. When your nervous system has spent years being busy, overwhelmed, hypervigilant, caring for everyone else, overthinking or constantly responding to the outside world, it can be incredibly difficult to hear the quieter language within you. And this is a HUGE thread through so many of my sessions. We aren’t necessarily trying to give you something spiritual. We’re creating the conditions for you to access what may already be there. As the body begins to soften and the noise settles, women often start noticing things they previously dismissed. A knowing before they have evidence. A feeling about someone or something. Images, words or sensations arriving during meditation. Synchronicities they suddenly recognise. A stronger sense of what is a YES and what is a NO. A deeper relationship with God, Source, Spirit, their guides, ancestors or simply their own inner wisdom. And suddenly they realise… Maybe I was never disconnected. Maybe I just couldn’t hear myself. This is why I believe nervous system work and spiritual development are so deeply intertwined. Your spiritual connection doesn’t necessarily need to be developed from scratch. Sometimes it needs space to become audible again. So today, instead of asking: “What are my spiritual gifts?” Try asking: “What have I already been sensing that I keep dismissing?” Sit with that one. 💛 I would LOOOOOOVE to hear what comes up for you below.
