Oh so interesting what came up for me. First I saw a triangle over my heart. I kept feeling like a was making the shape with my hands when I wasn’t. Second and more surprising was I was laying on the ground/ earth in a tent maybe. Someone was praying or preforming some sort of healing rituals above me. I had the sense they were healing me on some level. It felt very loving but definitely an ancient practice. I felt like I was indigenous and everyone around me was as well. So interesting I’ve not tapped into that before. I felt like a let go of something that is or was holding me back in this lifetime through what ever ritual was preformed. Medicine woman maybe. I need to process more but it was so good. Thanks Tracy!!

I’ve been putting together a new module on energy strands and how they attach, influence, and sit in our field. I’ve also been working with this daily myself, clearing out a lot of noise and weight from my field… and honestly, it’s been life changing. There’s something really powerful about becoming aware of what you’re holding that isn’t even yours, and having the tools to gently clear it. This will be live in the portal tonight for you to move through in your own time. Also, a little note for next week. We have some time changes coming in, so please check the calendar. I’ve added earlier and later call options to make sure there are times that actually work for you, wherever you are in the world. So everyone has a chance to be in the space live, not just on replay. Holy smokes Tracy. The cord cutting/releasing theme was something I didn’t know I really needed. I’ve always thought about it differently than i experienced it on the call. Initially I was was thinking about an old boyfriend who has yet to leave energetically and I can’t seem to clear his energy HOWEVER during the SE session immediately I felt cords to parts of me I was calling back in my root and sacral. Then you called me to focus on my heart chakra at which point I started to release some energy not only in my heart but my heart and throat were connected both releasing. Fast forward to waking this morning - I’m in Michigan. I had a dream about being back at a job I left almost 20 years and a whole other career ago. In the dream the undertone was about my frustration and how I didn’t use my voice and became someone I wasn’t. So apparently my cord releasing was about calling parts of myself back but really about releasing that situation I put myself in and tolerated it. This work is so fascinating!! Thank you sweet sister and all that are here too. ❤️
