Nervous-system-led module on the energetic threads between you and people, places, objects, and timelines. You’ll learn to recognise strands through sensation, understand what each strand is asking, and use resentment as a clue for renegotiation. Explore nourishing, neutral, and depleting strands, plus two practices: Strand Recognition and Return + Release—so you can care without carrying and stay connected without abandoning yourself.
