A question for the week.
What is something you have been holding alone for so long you stopped noticing the weight of it? You don't have to fix it. You don't have to know what to do with it. Just name it here. We will hold it with you.
A question for the week.

I have kept the little girl inside quiet about an inappropriate interaction with a family member. My silence comes as protection of the hearts of people I love and that love them. They are my home. (Here, I acknowledge inside there is fear of not being believed). I feel the refusal in my heart. I speak to her, though it has become increasingly difficult to say nothing and see the culprit “respected”. It is me, knowing it’s actually a lie.
Alignment TOMORROW Monday AEDT
Oh ladies we have some big emotions to honour on this call. All of my events and sessions have been all about cleansing, becoming and honouring the journey thus far. Tomorrow we have two calls AM & PM. Check the calendar and Classroom for deets to join. Bring your hearts and your bodies to unravel and unfold together.

Spirituality Is Not Something You Learn. It’s Something You Remember.
One of the biggest myths I see women carry is the belief that spirituality is reserved for the gifted, the intuitive, or the enlightened. But spirituality is not a talent. It is your natural state. Long before the world taught you to rush, achieve, perform and prove, there was a quieter part of you. The part that feels. Knows. Senses. Trusts. The part that notices the energy in a room. The part that feels connected to nature. The part that hears the whisper before the mind gets involved. Many women are not disconnected from their spirituality. They are simply disconnected from themselves. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, intuition becomes harder to hear. When life gets noisy, the inner voice gets drowned out. This is why our work is not about becoming more spiritual. It is about creating enough safety, stillness and presence to reconnect with what has always been there. Your intuition. Your wisdom. Your connection. Not something to find. Something to remember. Reflection: When was the last time you trusted your inner knowing before seeking advice from everyone else? ✨

April AM recording
I’ve just returned for receiving the AM April call. Feeling quite emotional arriving back. I felt really still and grounded, once your light language ignited @Tracy Bee my heart space burst open, I felt rolling release that rose again and again through the session. I find it amazing and beautiful that @Fran L arrived with the ocean when stepping into her past life. Prior to going there I was seeing many colours, but what felt like an open wing (of bird or angel) circling/protecting me, under the wing type feeling. When I stepped into the past life I saw a blue seahorse with purple tips, the chord was purple coming from the heart and solar axis. (I then received an incoming call that interrupted the experience). I let go of the distraction and allowed my body the opportunity to drop back in, light language took me there and my heart and throat began rolling again. Moments before Tracy called us to Third Eye and Root, I was already there both times. Tickling/itchy third eye and deep cramp/ache in the root. Moving through each chakra felt like a snake of energy climbing through. 🪽🌊🐍💜

@Tracy Bee it was. I went looking too The metaphysical meaning of the seahorse centers on patience, persistence, adaptability, and inner strength. Its unique biology and behavior serve as powerful spiritual symbols across various traditions. Guardianship and Safe Passage: In Ancient Greek and Roman mythology, the seahorse was linked to Poseidon (or Neptune), symbolizing power, authority, and protection. It was believed to guide the souls of deceased sailors to the afterlife, acting as a good luck charm for travelers and a safeguard against evil spirits. Prosperity and Healing: Chinese and Asian cultures associate the seahorse with dragons, viewing it as a creature of omnipotent power that brings good fortune, healing, and abundance. In Feng Shui, it is used to attract wealth and balance to the home. Patience and Adaptability: The seahorse’s slow movement and ability to anchor itself symbolize serenity, steadfastness, and resilience. Its capacity to change color represents flexibility and the importance of embracing change while maintaining one's core identity. Loyalty and Nurturing: As monogamous creatures where the male carries the young, the seahorse represents devotion, family bonds, and nurturing. It teaches the value of long-term commitment and the strength found in partnership. Intuition and Mysticism: The seahorse’s ability to look in two directions simultaneously symbolizes awareness of the past, present, and future. It is also seen as a guide for spiritual evolution, helping individuals navigate between the conscious and subconscious realms. WOWS!
