I’ve been thinking a lot about community and the nervous system lately. There seems to be so much moving through people at the moment. Some are feeling energised and clear. Some are emotional. Some are exhausted. Some feel like they’re shedding old versions of themselves. And others just feel… a little strange. 😂 And whether you see these seasons through a spiritual lens, an energetic lens, or simply through the nervous system, I think there’s something really important to remember: We were never designed to navigate everything alone. Sometimes regulation isn’t another meditation, another practice or another thing to “work on.” Sometimes it’s being witnessed. Being around people where you don’t have to explain yourself. Having somewhere you can say, “This is what’s happening for me right now,” and discovering you’re not the only one. That is such a big part of why Harmony Hub exists.
