Do you have a deep connection with your cycle?
If you aren’t moving and nourishing your body intentionally, then what are you doing??? Cycle syncing has been the most poweful tool for me growing as a woman. EVERYTHING we do revolves around it, why not flow with it instead of against it. That means how we eat, how we move, and how we are feeling. We don’t always want to move…and to that I ask are you forcing something when you’re needing rest like in your luteal? It’s not always the time to do HIIT or lift heavy weights..(save this for follicular &ovualtion)😉 Embrace the power your cycle holds. Give it the gratitude it needs in your life and watch yourself grow as a person, as a partner, and/or as a mother. DEEP BREATH… You got this🫶🏻🧚🏼 Ready for a deeper connection with yourself?

6 months between photos…even with chaos and challenges, eating at home has been a game changer!😱 When we intentionally move our bodies, rest, and fuel ourselves with less processed foods, our bodies start to shift and begin to heal from the inside… EVERYTHING starts with the gut.. what we consume makes up our cells for our body as a whole Through simplicity, balance, and making time for my health, I’ve managed to lose weight these past months without stressing about it. A habit doesn’t just happen over night, it takes time, with patience and grace, time will be on your side too if you let it🫶🏻 Keep moving forward 🧚🏼
