Cycle syncing has been the most poweful tool for me growing as a woman. EVERYTHING we do revolves around it, why not flow with it instead of against it. That means how we eat, how we move, and how we are feeling.
We don’t always want to move…and to that I ask are you forcing something when you’re needing rest like in your luteal?
It’s not always the time to do HIIT or lift heavy weights..(save this for follicular &ovualtion)😉
