So strong can be misinterpreted. It's not just about the strength you have in lifting weights or how much you can lift. Let's talk about mental strength, powering through when you want to quit. Knowing your health depends on it and so you keep showing up and making better choices, getting sleep/rest/recovery. Keeping the promise you made to yourself to stick to something that you know is good for you! I could go on and on....
