first post...so being vulnerable...I actually started my reset on 12/29. I've been consistent with my workouts and intentional with my food. However, the scale has been going the wrong direction, and my clothes feel tighter this week. I started reflecting and realized I may be adding too many calories by trying to increase my protein. I've started back with Intermittent Fasting (16/8). That seems to work best for me. What are your thoughts on fasting?
