DAY 3 Check-In and thought Prompt!
It's Day 3! So proud of each of you that are here! If you are just getting started or this is your Day 3 or 4, you are doing amazing and I AM PROUD OF YOU! Be sure you have went through the course under the Classroom tab. Especially the Breathwork page... at the very bottom it has "Resources" and there is a breathwork video for beginner breathwork. I found it hard in the beginning to get quiet π€« and quiet my mind. But over time it will happen. The more you do it it, even if for 5 minutes, it will get easier. And you will find value in the quiet & the breath! π DAILY POST Check-In Day 3β 26 Days of Consistency β MOVE: (Example: 30 mins. strength OR 20 min walk) β BREATHE: (Example: Box breathing 4-4-4-4 for 3 minutes) β FUEL: Protein at every meal + hydrate π§ PROMPT: 3.
