Did a full body workout- protein intake is on point! I have always drank enough water- I always add hydrate in my daily routine.

I did yoga and stretching- listening to my body as I have pushed pretty hard this week!! Tried on bathing suits- they fit better than they did 2 weeks ago. So, just ordered a few more- smaller, for my trip!
DAY 3 Check-In and thought Prompt!
It's Day 3! So proud of each of you that are here! If you are just getting started or this is your Day 3 or 4, you are doing amazing and I AM PROUD OF YOU! Be sure you have went through the course under the Classroom tab. Especially the Breathwork page... at the very bottom it has "Resources" and there is a breathwork video for beginner breathwork. I found it hard in the beginning to get quiet 🀫 and quiet my mind. But over time it will happen. The more you do it it, even if for 5 minutes, it will get easier. Overall had a really good day- 13 minutes on my trainer and 4.0 miles (work break) then a 30 min total body workout. Making up for missing legs Monday as I just cycled. My food was a little off. Meeting at 6am. Had 2 cups homemade bone broth which equalled almost 20 gr protein. I met my protein goals for myself.

Breathe work is challenging- I am going to try again when I wake up in the middle of the night! I did upper body weights- a few squats and leg raises while working- 40 jumping jacks- no major cardio today.
