Day 6. Check-in!
Saturday was absolutely beautiful! Did you get outside and enjoy it or what did you do today?! I slept most of the day because I work tonight!! Stay steady & stay the course. It won't look perfect & may not go as planned, but at least you have a gameplan & can adjust as needed! I have attached one of my favorite Breakfast options & reminder of how to measure your food.
