Before we get back to the countdown, I want to pause and say something true: this community has taught me as much as I've taught it... especially the Dream Weavers in this space, quietly doing the work of living what they can already see.

If that's you, I see the specific effort it takes to keep closing the gap between the vision and the actual Tuesday you're living. It's slow, unglamorous work, and it rarely gets applauded the way a big leap does. It should.
