Midweek mumble is happening in 3 days
What kit you got?
Along with all the bodyweight style circuits and hiit sessions I've uploaded to the app (you checked them out yet?) I'd also like to do some that uses kit you have lying around, propping open doors and using as an airing dryers etc 🙈 Let me know what you have and I'll build you some workouts based around what you have. I'll the add them to the training app so you can all have a go

This week's circuit
Fancy building some grit? I did this simple circuit today and was similar to the kind of work I did in my early years as a newbie circuits instructor. 30 minutes on the timer, run through the below as many times as you can The exercise list was: 10 x Threaders 15 x Plank jack press ups 20 x V-sits 25 x Squat jacks 20 x Dorsal raise 15 x Burpees 10 x Lunge jumps Simply repeat for 30 minutes, see how it feels Check out the video for demos and more. Would love to see how you get on 👌 😈

This weeks workout
First off, apologies, it's pretty manic at the moment juggling a few issues so I'm not getting on here as much as I'd like. Will do better 🙄 Anyway, I did this circuit yesterday and it kicked my butt... The idea is to work through the 3 exercises with little to no rest. I'd strongly suggesting starting at a low rep range if any of these seem hard. I started with 15 reps of : Bag to overhead Bag split jumps Bag press ups Then I did 14 of each, 13 etc all the way down to 1. I aimed to get it done in under 30 mins and just about managed it. Give it a try and see how you get on 👌
