I did this simple circuit today and was similar to the kind of work I did in my early years as a newbie circuits instructor.
30 minutes on the timer, run through the below as many times as you can
The exercise list was:
10 x Threaders
15 x Plank jack press ups
20 x V-sits
25 x Squat jacks
20 x Dorsal raise
15 x Burpees
10 x Lunge jumps
Simply repeat for 30 minutes, see how it feels
