You get access to the main feed, the Monday live circuit session, a monthly group call, and Challenge Days. It’s a place to get moving again, see how we work, and decide whether a bit more structure would help.
Level 2 ($39/month) gives you access to Project Resilience, our 8-week starting block. This includes structured training, ruck work, circuits, simple nutrition guidance, and access to our full library of workouts and programmes, alongside regular coaching calls. After your first block, you roll straight into the next one and keep building, without stopping and starting every few months.
VIP (£150/month) is for people who want 1:1 coaching, with personalised training, nutrition support, and direct access for accountability and guidance.
