What kit you got?
Along with all the bodyweight style circuits and hiit sessions I've uploaded to the app (you checked them out yet?) I'd also like to do some that uses kit you have lying around, propping open doors and using as an airing dryers etc 🙈
Let me know what you have and I'll build you some workouts based around what you have. I'll the add them to the training app so you can all have a go
