You get access to the main feed, the Monday live circuit session, a monthly group call, and Challenge Days. It’s a place to observe how we work, get moving again, and decide whether the full structure is right for you.
Level 2 ($75/month) gives you access to Project Resilience, our flagship 8-week starting block.This includes structured training, ruck work, circuits, nutrition guidance, and access to our full library of workouts and programmes, alongside regular group coaching calls.
After your first 8 weeks, you roll straight into the next block and continue progressing at your own pace. This is where consistency is built and momentum is maintained, without starting over every few months.
VIP ($200/month) is for 1:1 coaching, with fully personalised training, nutrition support, and direct access if you want a higher level of guidance.
